Aesthetic Injector
Information for experienced RNs, Nurse Practitioners (APRNs), and PA-Cs interested in future aesthetic injector opportunities in Scottsdale.
For Experienced, Thoughtful Injectors
Howarth Plastic Surgery & Aesthetica is not currently recruiting for an aesthetic injector. Experienced clinicians who share the practice’s standards are welcome to introduce themselves for future consideration.
The right injector combines technical skill with warmth, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care. Excellent injectable treatment is defined by judgment as much as technique: knowing what will create a refined result, communicating recommendations clearly, and declining treatment when it would not serve the patient.
Because surgical and nonsurgical options are evaluated within one practice, patients can receive candid guidance about what injectables can improve, when another treatment may be more appropriate, and when no treatment is the right recommendation.

The Role
Aesthetic injector roles at the practice involve thoughtful assessment, technically excellent treatment, clear documentation, and consistent follow-through.
- Evaluate aesthetic goals, relevant health history, facial anatomy, and treatment suitability
- Develop conservative, individualized treatment plans
- Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments within professional scope and practice privileges
- Complete informed consent, clinical photography, charting, and follow-up
- Recognize, manage, and appropriately escalate complications through established protocols
- Coordinate with the clinical team when another treatment—or no treatment—better serves the patient
What the Position Requires
Future injector opportunities are intended for established clinicians with current injectable experience, not for entry-level training.
- RN, Nurse Practitioner (APRN), or PA-C with an active, unrestricted Arizona license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting
- Recent hands-on experience with aesthetic injectable treatments
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, product selection, dosing, complication prevention, and aftercare
- A portfolio and treatment philosophy consistent with natural, proportionate results
- Excellent communication, discretion, documentation, and team judgment
Clinical Judgment Comes First
Patients come to Howarth Plastic Surgery & Aesthetica for thoughtful recommendations, sophisticated results, and a highly considered experience.
Treatment is never driven by volume or by performing more than the patient needs. Every team member is expected to protect that standard through preparation, sound judgment, meticulous work, and respectful communication.
A Refined Approach to Aesthetic Care
This environment is best suited to an experienced injector who:
- Values natural, proportionate results
- Approaches consultations with honesty rather than sales pressure
- Is confident without being performative
- Welcomes feedback and continued development
- Notices the details that shape a patient’s experience
- Wants to contribute to one of Scottsdale’s most exacting aesthetic practices
