PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Megan Swink
With over 15 years of experience in the plastic surgery industry, Megan Swink has held a diverse range of roles spanning from patient administration, marketing strategy, and practice management and development, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both the patient experience and the operations behind a successful practice. As Patient Care Coordinator, her true passion lies in building meaningful connections with patients and guiding them through every step of their surgical journey with compassion, professionalism, and personalized care. Her extensive industry knowledge, combined with her ability to anticipate patient’s needs, makes her a trusted resource for every patient she serves.
CLINICAL NURSE
Jamie Hadd, RN, BSN
Jamie is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive clinical experience across surgical, hospital, and post-operative care settings. She serves as a dedicated Clinical Nurse, guiding our patients through their surgical journey through pre- and post-operative monitoring and follow-up care. Jamie ensures each patient feels confident, informed, and reassured during every stage of their journey.
Throughout her career, she has held progressive leadership and clinical roles, including Director of Nursing, as well as Operating Room Registered Nurse, Charge Nurse, and PACU Nurse positions across multiple respected surgical centers throughout the Valley. Her diverse background spans plastic surgery, outpatient surgery, and hospital-based care, allowing her to provide well-rounded, highly attentive support to our surgical patients.
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (OR)
Deanna Singer, PA-C
With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Deanna serves as Dr. Howarth’s trusted surgical assistant, supporting patients throughout their surgical journey. Prior to joining Howarth Plastic Surgery, she spent more than a decade as a Physician Assistant in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Mayo Clinic Arizona. Outside the OR, Deanna enjoys spending time with her two daughters, trying new restaurants, and fueling her days with a good vanilla cold brew.
AESTHETIC LASER SPECIALIST
Sunshine Coppock, RN, BSN
With over two decades of experience in laser technology and skin rejuvenation, Sunshine Coppock, RN, brings an unparalleled level of expertise to Howarth Plastic Surgery. Specializing in advanced treatments using Sciton’s BBL HERO, MOXI, and HALO platforms, she delivers customized, results-driven care designed to restore and renew the skin with precision. Sunshine’s background includes training staff and developing laser protocols at one of the nation’s top plastic surgery clinics, ensuring every patient benefits from the latest innovations in aesthetic technology.

Ashley Hall, LME
Ashley Hall brings extensive skincare experience and a Master Esthetician certification to Howarth Plastic Surgery, with a background working at renowned med spas in both Manhattan and Houston. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong expertise in advanced skincare treatments and a deep commitment to delivering personalized, high-quality patient care in luxury aesthetic environments.
Ashley holds a degree in photography from Brigham Young University, giving her a refined eye for detail that she incorporates into every treatment she performs. She specializes in Hydrafacials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and is highly educated in medical-grade skincare, with a strong ability to develop and recommend personalized at-home regimens to help patients maintain and enhance their results between treatments.
In addition to providing exceptional patient care, Ashley helps oversee our aesthetic operations by staying at the forefront of industry advancements, ensuring the practice continues to offer the latest technologies and skincare solutions available. Sam Howard
As the Front Office Operations Director, Sam plays an integral role in shaping a seamless and elevated patient experience while overseeing the efficiency, organization, and daily coordination of the front office. Sam holds a degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and brings valuable knowledge from her background in a multi-specialty ophthalmology practice. With a strong focus on patient-centered service, Sam leads the front office operations with professionalism and attention to detail, helping create the warm, welcoming atmosphere our patients know and trust.

Ashley Kottke
Ashley joined our team with over a decade of experience in the plastic surgery industry and has a passion for patient care and creating a warm and compassionate environment for every patient. Prior to moving to Arizona, Ashley managed a plastic surgery practice in Newport Beach, California, where she gained extensive experience in front office operations and patient relations. After taking time away from her career to focus on raising her two children, she was excited for the opportunity to return to the field she loves. Ashley is dedicated to helping each patient feel comfortable, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
PRACTICE MANAGER
Lisa Turley
Lisa Turley is the Practice Manager at Howarth Plastic Surgery and Aesthetica, where she supports practice operations, team coordination, and a thoughtful patient experience. Her career in medical aesthetics began after her own positive experience with laser treatments inspired her to become a professional laser technician. She brings more than six years of experience helping patients feel informed, confident, and comfortable in their care.
After more than a decade in Texas, Lisa relocated to Arizona in late 2025. Outside the practice, she enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren and traveling with her husband.
